** Only available to doctors and nurses employed at Portuguese public health care universities/hospitals/clinics. EWMA is able to provide this reduced fee due to a grant given to Portuguese doctors and nurses who wish to participate at EWMA 2008.
*** Only for members of EWMA or one of EWMA's cooperating organisations.
**** Exhibitor registrations are only possible if your company exhibits at EWMA 2008. Please register all exhibitors online.
Entitlements
Participants: Final programme and abstract book, admission to all scientific sessions, coffee breaks and lunch. Tickets to the conference evening can be purchased soon, price to be announced.
One-Day registration: Admission to scientific sessions, coffee breaks and lunch for one day. Tickets to the conference evening can be purchased soon, price to be announced.
Accompanying persons: Admission to the conference evening and the registration event. Accompanying persons do not have access to the scientific sessions and symposia.
Exhibitors: Exhibitors have no access to scientific sessions - only to the exhibition areas and to their own satellite symposia.
Payment
All payments should be made in EUR. Please use one of the following payment methods:

- American Express - if you wish to pay by American Express, please send an email to ewma@ewma.org.
- By international cheque in EUR made out to EWMA2008 and forwarded to the Conference Secretariat.

Please note that your registration for the conference cannot be confirmed until payment has been received. If you pay by cheque or bank transfer, we will hold your reservation while we await payment.
CANCELLATION
Cancellation of registrationCancellation of registration must be notified in writing to the Conference Secretariat. Cancellations postmarked before 1 April 2008 will be refunded deducting a handling fee of 70 EUR per participant. After 1 April 2008, registration fees are non-refundable.
If, for reasons beyond the control of the organisers, the conference is cancelled, the registration fee will be refunded after deduction of expenses incurred by the conference.
